We Don't Consider a Stump Job Finished Until It's Actually Finished

We recently finished a stump removal job and thought everything was done. A little while later, the customer called back after noticing a few root sections still visible at ground level. They even offered to pay for a return trip to have it finished. We didn't think twice. We went back out, ground down the additional roots, and left the area even cleaner than before, at no extra charge.

That is simply how we operate. If something isn't finished right the first time, we make it right. No questions asked, and no extra bill.

Stump removal isn't just about grinding down the visible part of the stump. Root systems can spread wider underground than what shows at the surface, and a thorough job means checking for that instead of calling it done the moment the stump itself is gone. That attention to detail is what separates a rushed job from one that actually holds up.
